Companies may request as many consecutive units as necessary to accommodate their displays.
Stand Package Includes:
- 2.5 m high anodized system posts and beams (natural color) with the off-white polykem infill panels
- White fascia board (300mm height) with company name in vinyl sticker cutout in standard lettering
- Two fluorescent tubes (40w) to be installed behind fascia board as general lighting for every 6 sq meter
- One 13amp single-phase power point socket for every 6 sq meter
- Two wall shelves to be installed for every 6 sq meter
- One information counter and two folding chairs
- Complimentary admission to the conference and exhibition, meals, and coffee breaks only (2 persons per 6 sq meter booth)

Payment
A deposit in the amount of fifty percent of the
total cost of exhibit space reserved must accompany the Exhibit Space Reservation Form. The
remaining fifty percent is due on or before November 21, 2009.
ASSE-MEC reserves the right to cancel any booth space(s) for which an invoice remains unpaid
30 days after invoicing.
