The American Society of Safety Engineers-Middle East Chapter (ASSE-MEC) is organizing its 10th Professional Development Conference and Exhibition with the theme “Your Safety is our Business, Your Future is our Mission”. This event, scheduled on February 18-22, 2012, in the Kingdom of Bahrain, will explore various issues of SH&E in the region’s industries. State-of-the-art information and new development in SH&E will be shared with the region’s oil, gas, and petrochemical companies.

ASSE-MEC had over 800 participants at the last conference in February 2010. With the new industry expansion in the region, the Organizing Committee is expecting more delegates, each stakeholder in the fields of SH&E, representing diverse groups of managers, engineers, and scientists, to participate in this conference and exhibition.
