The American Society of Safety Engineers-Middle East Chapter (ASSE-MEC) is organizing its 8th Professional Development Conference and Exhibition in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the theme “Solutions for Regional SH&E Challenges.” This event, scheduled on February 16-20, 2008, is to be the most comprehensive forum on issues within the safety, health and environmental (SH&E) segment of the region industries including oil, gas and petrochemical. Delegates, each a stakeholder in the fields of SH&E, representing a diverse group of managers, engineers, and scientists, are expected to participate in this conference and exhibition. The Organizing Committee encourages you as an SH&E professional to participate in this premier event as a speaker.
Leading companies and consultancies in oil, gas, petrochemical, and other industries have expressed their support for this event. This support is initiated by the fact that these organizations believe it is imperative that safety, health and the environment become and remain major issues of importance in the region.
